Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
If you need to transfer your tickets to another performance date, please contact tickets@yesandrva.org and we are happy to accommodate (based on availability). Tickets are also transferrable to another patron through the ticket transfer option in the purchase confirmation email.
If you are unable to transfer to another performance date or patron, we are happy to receive your ticket purchase as a donation. Please contact tickets@yesandrva.org to request a donation letter.
General Policies
THESE MESSAGES ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO US and VERY BENEFICIAL FOR YOUR PLANNING:
Please plan to arrive early enough to park, enter the theatre, and conduct all pre-show business prior to the scheduled curtain time. We want all of our patrons to be able to comfortably settle in and enjoy a performance that is on schedule. Late seating practices will be conducted at the discretion of the house manager.
Parking in the City of Richmond can be a breeze with a little bit of planning and extra time. There are no dedicated parking lots associated with any of our performance venues, however, plenty of free and unrestricted street parking is available within a few blocks. We encourage patrons to refrain from parking in lots that are associated with any area businesses.
Please also plan to turn your cell phone OFF and store it securely in a pocket or under your seat during the performance. We humbly ask for you to be present. All patrons and theatre artists deserve an environment that is uninterrupted by phones ringing, vibrating, lighting up, falling to the floor, or creating any sense of distraction.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Yes, And! Theatrical Company).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
